Bought a Digimax S1050 via Buy.com. Wouldn't focus. After 3 hours on the phone, was finally told it was defective and to send it into their repair department, via FedEx or UPS, at my expense of course. Two weeks later the camera was returned, but not repaired. When I called the company, was told to send it back to repair again, like I just had. After explaining that this remedy had not worked, and that I was requesting a replacement or refund, I was told that my only option was to just keep sending it back in, until the warrantee expired, then I was just plain stuck with no remedy.
Will never buy from them again.
