Ripoff, sent me faulty quiptment dishonest ripoffs Southern pines

I contacted Prime TV, they sent me faulty quiptment, never returned my calls, to correct situation. I paid $99.00 to install two rm package, now I have only one rm package. Direct tv will not send me a recepit for my activation. These companys should be shut down! Please help me resolve these issues.
