Ack in October I bought a music system and software from these folks and it totaled a sum of $4100.00 and the software was, from a company called Sound Choice that was Foundation pack 1 and 2 and 5 packs called Bricks. When we opened the box we saw 2 boxes the same size and figured they were the 2 foundations and since I knew the owner of the company I kind of figured it was all there as ordered. This was to be a Christmas present for a friend to open a karaoke company and when Christmas got here we found out that Foundation 2 was missing after paying $350.00 for it.
I called Karaoke.com and was told that there were some issues of copy rights on the software and that Sound Choice was redoing the Foundation 2 pack. I was told once it was done sometime in 2008 it would be sent. I called Sound Choice and they said yes it was true but would be up to Karaoke.com to send it. I went to other sites and even though they have it for sale it say out of stock and will have it in 2008. Karaoke.com still has a sale for it on their website but has no note saying it isn't available. These people have my money and I have asked twice no for a refund and still no money has been returned. I found the software on a different site and bought it so the company can start playing for it's clients but still not recieving a refund of what I paid and people going to the site karaoke.com will end up with the same problem of paying for software they can't get and it is also false advertisement by karaoke.com and this is not right.
