Payed fro an item that I never received. They do not answer the phone and no e-mails

I ordered a cell phone cover on Dec. 29. After not receiving any info or product, I sent an e-mail. No answer from the e-mail.

I have been trying to call for the past two days and I get a busy signal or no answer.
