They do not provide enough info on what their insurance addresses, They stated that it covers actually missing mobile phones, which is really a scam. They request a police statement and current cell bill. But in the end that procedure that requires over 3 times to get an answer from their store since their only telephone number they provide is you departing a note, plus they never calling back.
I'm very dissatisfied with this fraud organization.
