I have twice purchased murchandise that doesn't work at the same store, " BIG LOTS". The first time it was a 1,250, 000 candle power dual halogen spot light that never worked. I went on line to try and reach the manufacturer but they are nowhere to be found. I decided not to worry about it and now my second trip in recent months I've been taken again. This time it was a TriQuest 60-319 rechargable-wireless-optical mouse. It doesn't work, need I say more. I did find them on internet but there is no support. They only offer installation instructions. I did email Big Lots feedback who suggest that they want to hear from people because they care. They didn't bother replying, that's how much they care. I would strongly suggest to people not to buy products from Big Lots since they not only sell close outs they sell products that are rejected by other retailers. DON"T BUY JUNK! Pay a few cents more and get working products.
