Purchased a Sidekick 3 for $200 and paid through Western Union. Haven't received callls/e-mails about the tracking number he said he'd give. It's been a week. Kissimmee Florida

I found Terry Hodgson's ad on Craigslist & contacted him through e-mail. He then replied that night and talked through about me purchasing a brand new Sidekick 3 for only $200.

I sent the money through Western Union like he asked. He was to send the phone the next day through Fedex and call me with the tracking number. From then on, I haven't heard from him: no calls/e-mails.

He gave me all his information: address, and phone number.

It's been a week since the last time we've talked and I don't have my phone.
