Just take survey online and get a chance to win one of five $1000.00 gift cards&no such place exists—as you are redirected to home page

I made a purchase at circuit city for $64.17 on 10-10-07. The receipt said"get a chance to win one of five $1000.00 gift cards! Take circuit city's customer first survey and enter the following customer code online." Well—guess what? —the site they tell you to log on to does not exist... And you are redirected to circuit city home page. And I emailed circuit city on their home page and still have not received a response regarding this contest that apparently does not exist.
