Smart buyz outlets - smart buyz distributing i've placed 2 orders with this company on 1-4-07 & 1-24-07 only receive partial shipment and pure lies

I've placed 2 orders with this company on 1-4-07 & 1-24-07 only received partial shipment and pure lies, i am out by almost $12,000.00 with this company smartbuyz and dean gold. All i received from my order is a partial shipment and a bag of lies, fake fed-ex tracking, delivery truck came i didn't answer my phone they returned package back to california, all bold face lies. Email telling me they are refunding my money back to my account, 4 months ago the refund got lost on it's way since i still havent receive it.

I have filed a complaint with ic3.com who works directly with the fbi. I have also enlisted my lawyer. These people are crooks. Anyone who already enlisted a lawyer in florida can you please contact me, i am looking for a lawyer in florida to represent me. I am suing for loss of business and so much more.

Everyone who has been defrauded by dean gold and smartbuyz and patricia mccain. Please go to ic3.com and file a report on these scammers. We do need the fbi on these scammers.
