Fraudulent rebate offers on cellular phones. Rebates are not honored regardless of their completeness or accuracy. Employees and owners are liars and thieves.
Do not accept this offer, you will not receive your rebate. No matter what documentation you provide Cellular Choices rebate provider will deny your rebate and give vague / dishonest reasons for the denial.
With all the people being defrauded in all the different locations this will probably have to be settled by a class action suit.
The cell phone providers have an obligation, once notified of this scheme, not to activate or accept business from these liars, since the offers include a requirement to activate and maintain wireless service through one of the providers.
