Express Camera (expresscameras.com) is a case to follow for every type of violation of good business and law breaking a consumer products provider can practice.
I ordered over $4,000.00 of product and was shipped and billed for $7,000.00. I could not obtain an itemized invoice. My original internet order was not honored resulting wrong product and product I did not want. I could get no satisfaction even though their internet banner shouts out 100% satisfaction.
Further they would not honor my need as a hearing impaired person to correct the transaction and provide the required RMA by Fax or email.
The company insisted I had to obtain this by phone, which had to be done by others on my behalf.
If companies like this really blacken the eye of internet commerce!
