I too had MANY problems with DishNetworks, Inc.in the past. I went through HELL and back just trying to get simple answers to my questions. - - In the process of dealing with this company I did become very well associated with the following list of people. - - Now when I need to contact them, they ALL get the same letter and I DO get a response. - - They are not a bad company to deal with if you have the "inside" names to contact... Otherwise... Good Luck!!!

P.S. You DO NOT want to talk with Walter at the customer care center. He is a "supervisor" and he will give you the run-around, so if you can by ALL MEANS avoid him!!!
