Ripoff consumer rip-off fraud

Put in order for a Xium TV antenna a month ago and never recieved
a notice it had been back ordered or that it had been shipped. I have emailed their customer service regarding my order which is
#2824780 but never recieved an answer from them regarding my order it is on my credit card.
