Warranty Service Ripoff keeps sending defective units until warranty expires

I bought a refurbished SONY LCD monitor. It came with more than 15 dead pixel, spread brightly all over the screen. I contacted Sony, and shipped it to their facility in San Diego, CA. I had to pay for shipping and it took them more than a month to send me another monitor.

The replacement monitor had problem right on my first time turning on. It had colorful noise after half an hour running. I contacted Sony right away and it took them more than a month to send me a second replacement.

The second replacement did not work with the DVI input. It got a big red mark at the DVI input, but they still sent it to me. I contacted them and they said they would send me another replacement. However they never did. I kept calling them and they kept promissing that they would send.

About a month later when my 90 day warranty has expired, they sent me a note that my warranty was expired, so they wouldn't do anything for me.

It took forever to call these people. I was put on hold, was transfered around.

The way they got out of deffective products is to send deffective replacements until 90 days warranty runs out. That is cleary CHEATING.

DO NOT BUY SONY PRODUCTS. Or if you do, you have to assume that if your items have any problems, SONY would take you lots of time and money, and would keep sending you DEFFECTIVE REPLACEMENTS. That's how they do bussiness.
