Ripoff took money out of my account when told not to then called me names when called

I told them not to take money out but they did. Now I called; girl told me that was my problem. Now they won't answer phones. 249.00 they took. I called told them it was a ripoff I seen on internet. She cussed me out. They took it out on 4. I called 3 early said no way. They still did it when they did answer. Girl laughed said people like me deserve it because i was mad
