Atlanta Technical College is violating Federal Laws by not processing, and sending out loan refunds by federal standards and regulations. After 35 days into the semester I have called the financial aid office, and many other offices. Which only brings me to voicemails, and I never receive a call back or email NOTHING!
The school is violating federal law as I said before, and they need to be held accountable. My loan is not government money, but a personal loan that i have to pay interest on as long as they keep holding on to it.
I have every intention of calling a lawyer tomorrow because the financial office is now saying that they will not be sending the next round of funds out until the middle of October & mind you my account has been zero'd out for over 3 weeks.
