My wife and i received this offer in the mail 1/8/02. We were so excited because we are expecting a child in april, we started thinking that we would be able to purchase things we wanted. I had my wife get a western union money order. She filled it out, and got it ready to mail. After dinner, she sat down to read more of the fine print... To our dismay, it wasn't the kind of credit card we had thought it was.
We contacted western union online with their live chat to inquire how to get our money back. We had not mailed it, (thank god) and we were told all we had to do is take it back where we purchased it. We were very relieved, and very fortunate it didn't get mailed.
We are very greatful to have come across this website. It has been added to our favorites.By helping to prevent other americans from being scammed, is just one way we can remain a strong country. United we stand, and we will.
