Ripoff Cashed my check for 18.95 on 5/20/04, no merchandise to date 7/18/04

I sent a check for $18.95 for some underwear on May 13. To date - 7/18/04 - I have no merchandise or other notification. The check was stamped by two different banks on the same date - May 20. Would information about these banks (addresses) be of any help? Thanks, Jane
