Ripoff I just realized that every month this 9.00 charge has been on my credit card. Assumed it was fandango movie tickets. Then realized I haven't done this!

For the past serveral months I have noticed this 9.00 charge on my card. I am pregnant w/twins so haven't been paying too much attenion. Thought it was the fandango movie tickets I ordered. But this month I realized I am getting stolen from every month. Pls tell me what to do to stop/get my money back??? Sincerely
