College students selling magazines for school funds two students came to my home soliciting magazines for college tuition program

Two ellged college students solicitate sell of magazine subscription at my home on September 26,11. I purchased magazine TURTLE for $48 for 12 issues with a $15.00 process and handling fee totalling $63. And DANCE SPIRIT for $32.00 for 20 issues with a $15.00 p/h fee totalling $47. Never received either subscriptions (not one issue).
