Have recieved several calls from a Stacie Lawson (possible allias) from CAMCO, at my parents phone #, on an account that is out of statutes of limitations.
Advised Ms lawson not to call parents #, to correspond thru fax or mail
She refuses to stop calling parents #, and interupts me when i advise not to call there again, and says she will call as often as the law allows.
It's my understanding that the FDCPA requires they Cease and Decist collection efforts to any # not belonging to the debtor.
This is only one of the several laws violated by this company rep.
Be aware that you have rights as a consumer/debtor. Dont let them intimidate you.
