On January of this telemarketer calls me in the morning, and asks me if I could make decisions on my home telephone co. And I said something like not really this is my son's telephone number. I was told that under no obligation we were going to receive some papers in the mail for a free cellular phone and if we wanted to keep it. We had to call our phone service provider, then she passes me other lady asking me for our address, etc.
After that the only thing we received was a huge bill for AON, Service Inc. A sign Up fee for Voice Mail for 34.95 and a monthly charge of 19.95 plus taxes and such.
I called them and they were plain NASTY and very rude hardly let me say a word and told me that they recorded me agreeing to the whole thing. I say what is that bill for? And I was hardly answered. She just told me okay your membership is cancel starting now and hung up on me without clearing the matter.
They're still billing us for a total of $83.15 (1/22 sign up fee for Voice mail 34.95,1/22 monthly fee of 19.95, and 2/23 monthly fee of 19.95) These people should be out of their ripoff business. Thank You
