NBWC Internet Web Biz Through Integretel ripoff and unauthorized charges on phone bill, false contact number of laser surgery clinic

Upon receiving my Verizon bill in Pennsylvania I had a $19.95 additional charge to NBWC Internet Web Biz Plan through the clearing house of Integretel Inc. Upon trying to call the contact number I was connected to a Laser Surgery center instead. I called the phone company to block the service but that will take over 10 days.in the mean time I can find no listing for NBWC Internet. I did not authorize this charge to my phone bill.
