Everyone I received this scam as well and I am sure it was from one of home work ads I applied to on our local paper which was a month or two ago. I believe The U. S Digest ad is our culprit, where they say you can make up to $529 weekly mailing letters from home.
I called their number 1-617-520-8061 and left my name and address at their voice mail. Later I received their information and a letter which had similar typewriter look type as did this scam.
