Got a call recently from these folks saying that I owe money. Its beyond me how someone can have your email address and your date of birth and then claim that you have an executed contract with me. You can buy that information from multiple vendors. These folks prey on business's because they know that the corporate accounts will fork the money over instead of going to court with ICR. This is wrong and these folks know it. ICR is in on it, because when I talked with the rep today it was like she was reading from some sheet and saying the exact same thing as the folks at PBP did. And she had email records!!! What collections company has your email records from an account that is sent to them.??? It does not work like that, they receive a bill.!!! Please if any body gets a phone call from these folks hang up immediately - dont say anything else, don't be polite, just hang up the phone.
