Got same treatment others have—the ol' automatic enrollments in managed care rip off. They automatically sent me another order and when I called for a refund they refused, even though they say if you get it for 12 months and don't like it, they would refund all your money. It doesn't say on the website that they will not issue refunds for monthly automatic orders. They are so incredibly rude on the phone, won't give out names of the Vice President and the manager.
Also, I tried to find the LaTricia that some others have mentioned and she doesn't exist anymore apparently.
