Ripoff claim you could make money using their software to process refunds owed to companies by fedx and ups

Claims to make you money by recovering refunds owed to companies by fedx and ups.

But neither company will accept third party request for refunds.
The customers must make them own their own.

I did however recieve software that seems to work or atleast it will install on my computer, but apparently it is useless.
