Scam, promised grants that I would not have to pay back, using welfare office to trap poverty stricken

I was approached at the welfare office, i was at a major downpoint and was excited to have the chance at a career. I was made to believe that half my financial aid were paid by the government when in reality i owe over $10,000.00 and will not get any taxs back until that is paid, soooo i am paying $10,000.00 and the most challenging skill i learned was typing. Oh, and i am currently unemployed! If someone knows of a lead to a class action lawsuit in the making, please add me to the list...
