Services not complete and discrimination

I enrolled at MTC Truck-Driving instruction to understand and acquire my cdl permit to be always a vehicle driver. I had been informed they might train, aid and assist have the neccasary qualifications. Additionally they guaranteed help with work location. I after dark lawn check at dot. After attemping the street in the DOT for that third-time, the college educated me that I'd need to abandon and return later to accomplish more instruction and proceed again for that check. I recently attempted to create preparations using the college to come back. They advised me that I had been prohibited to come back since I currently finished which I quit by myself. There have been several pupils who have been permitted to return to DOT and never have to abandon the college and return.
