CSB, Conneticut School of Broadcasting Paid $8,000 dollars for 8 weeks, substitue teachers, no class work, no job placement, no studio time, school shut dwn

I remember coming into my "audition" for the CSB school like it was yesterday. It sounded like a dream come true. Not only would I be going to a private college based soely on the job placement of radio personalities, but I would also be done quickly with a double courseload, and offered unlimited studio time for the rest of my life. It sounded like a dream come true... Heh. Right.

(after I was accepted into this school, they needed me to, that day, apply for a loan from their selected company "sallie mae". This company, is now in fact, what's making me do this report, seeing as i'm going bankrupt trying to keep up while they keep denying my forebearances)

My first day I noticed something was up. The staff seemed to privately converse frantically, as if they'd never done their job before. We didn't get a normal class syllabus, nor did we get textbooks.instead, they bragged that their school's were "all hands on" and "found it more succesful".in the weeks to come, I learned exactly what was going on.

I was attending nothing other than a fraudulent school. The teachers didn't show up to their scheduled classes. One time, the secretary actually tried to teach us. We jumped around from subject to subject, and our instruction was always very vague. They fired our main teacher in the middle of the 8 weeks, and upset us all. This teacher was also in charge of job placement, and so we knew at that point, we'd be on our own for jobs. The man that took over his position, was actually a student from the prior semester, with no work experience, let alone job placement ability.

After we got our certificates, we were still hoping for our promised studio time, because in Nashville that's expensive, but 6 weeks later, our school shut down, and we've heard no word from anyone but our loan company since. Sallie Mae, their partner lender has denied my forbearance twice and is now sending me to collections. My credit is dying and I have no job as a result, plus a 2 year old with heart failure. Go CSB! It surely changed my life.
