I signed up for a free credit report (It was a link from a pop up ad.) It stated free 30 days or $34.95 if you did not call them with the time.
I received a bill for $79.95. I called and stated the website made no mention of $79.95 only $34.95. They assured my that it clearly stated the higher price. The second screen has a disclaimer box but no mention of $79.95 anywhere!

I called them and they said the pop up add brought me to a similar screen without the $79.95. They did not believe me!!!
The assured me that my screen stated $79.95 but it didn't. I had it up on my computer. They stated all I could do is fax my complaint or mail them.
They would not address my concern that the sign up screens I used did not state $79.95. They stated the service I signed up for is that cost. They did not care that the signup screen I used made no mention of the higher price!
