This so called school has just gone through a mass layoff just before Thanksgiving. Many employees were laid off. This is the 2nd time within the last 8 months they have done this and it is the 3rd or 4th time overall. Now they have closed 10 schools throughout the country, have to break the leases of those buildings, refund student money, and drastically cut employee pay. They have not turned a profit in almost a year. Word in the secondary education world and someone close to the owner of the company says they are very close to filing bankruptcy and could close their doors for good before Christmas. There would be no promise to pay current staff their back wages or vacation pay.
If you are thinking of applying to go to this school or thinking of applying for work there BEWARE. They are a very underhanded company that will see only dollar signs. They are mismanaged and have no business plan in place for the upcoming year.
So BEWARE of this so called school and do not believe anything they tell you on the phone. It is all probably a script or a lie.
