Post Card Profits
This is a scam!

I got an e-mail from them that indicated that I could make money with "little" post card projects with little to no money invested. All it would cost me at that point would be $4 shipping. I should have known that if it sounds too good to be true then it it is probably not true.

The link in the e-mail leads me to a video of this Luke guy driving his car and telling me how rich I could get with his simple plan. If I am satisfied it will be five easy payments of $59; otherwise, all I have to do is send it back and it will only cost me the $4 in shipping. OK, fair enough. I place the order.

What I got was ten poorly produced CDs of Luke rambling on. To his credit, he said that was they way he worked on the first CD. I could live with that if what he said had value. So I listened on.

I got through four of the ten and when I got to CD five I found it was a duplicate of four. So, I e-mailed Luke and got a reply that they would replace it.

Then, late, and I mean late, one night one of his guys calls me to find out how I'm doing. First, I ticked off being awakened by the phone but I let that go. Then I tell him about the bad CD; he doesn't have a clue. He does eventually tell me that there was a bad batch and then goes back to his script. I tell him that I think that this is poor quality control and he gets defensive and tries to go back to his script. He asks how it is going and I tell him that it is not going because I cannot complete the course because of the bad CD and go back to the fact that this is poor quality control. He gets more defensive. Finally, I've had enough and hang up.

I then send an e-mail asking for return instructions and get an e-mail with an 800 number the next day. I called and they gave me an RMA.

Shortly after I returned the first set another one arrives. I did not open this one and sent an e-mail indicating that I will be using the RMA to return this second package as well. I also told them that they did not have authorization to bill my credit card. They did anyway for $59. I'll be disputing that.

This is a scam designed to separate you from your hard earned money and put it in Luke's pocket.

The thing that really should have given me a clue on this was on one of the CDs. Luke indicated that he created a real estate course by going to a bookstore, finding some appropriate books. Creating an outline from those books and underlining some key sections in the books, and sending it of to a ghostwriter to build the course. He admitted that he knew nothing of realestate. How ethical is that; a guy that knows nothing about real estate creating a course like that and selling it as an assumed expert?

Folks, if you hear anything about Post Card profits, run!
