Franck's job includes jail sentence review of his imprisoned clients and also suggests their capability to be placed on work inmate crews.
Many of his inmate clients were permitted to threaten me while clearing underbrush plus help the Minnesota Republican Governor get elected through frightening voters while out on work release.
