Ordered furniture in early April. Called for updated and repeatedly told it would be a few more weeks. Eventually asked for a refund and was told to contact my CC company to dispute the charge. Citibank said its been too long to dispute it so I called the company back and spoke to a customer service rep who rather rudely told me Citibank could dispute the charge, they just didn't want to.
Seems that beaverhome had trouble with a credit card clearing house or something who never paid them the money, so Neal and his company figured they could just screw the consumers who ordered from him.
If anyone was able to get a refund, HOW did you go about getting it!
