I didnt notice from their store after i deliver my diploma transcripts. I shipped them-and got same automatic reaction 2 times. I attempted to contact them-but they preserve me on-hold for around 20 minutes stating no client reps are free, and so I hanged up. Within the site after I examined my stauts of software it claims they require confirmation fo my diploma so that they delivered my diploma documentt to my unviersity, after they got the response from their store they'll begin analyzing. Its been nearly 2 weeks i deliver these files however didnt get any update.
