I just saw my bank statement and a copy of the draft which clearly shows that NHES overcharged me the amount stated for the application for their program. Their webpage states that the application fee is $29.95 and yet they took $39.95 out of my checking account!
Also, it has been well over 7 business days since I emailed my application on November 22 and I have not received my list of 10 legitimate companies that offer telecommunting work based upon my resume and preferences.
I sent them an email trying to get help with this and an auto-reply comes back from all 3 of their e-mail addresses stating that I must now contact them via U.S. Mail since their are too many viruses on the net, etc. Amazing since their entire business application, fee, etc. Are all done via email BEFORE they take your money but afterwards, they are now suddenly concerned about a virus protection problem!
I saw this company on my Monster.com daily search email and that really concerns me as the companies on Monster are supposed to be legitimate!
