I have called and told them that I did not want there service back in march and the man said he will take care of it and that I needed to call back. Because it was in the middle of transcations or something to that nature. I went on believing that the man understood since they suppose to record everything that it was understood. Once again I found it on my account. I went to the bank and let them know that I didn't authorize this transcation. Here it go again that got the money out of my account. I called and told this manager name Graham to cancel my account. He said yes he will. I requested my money to go back into my account. Because I did not authorize them to do so. He told me they wasn't. I asked who should I call. He told me that he has the final word. I asked for the Director. He said there is no one else I could help and he was not giving me a refund.
I asked for the address and I'm planning on writing some there. Everybody has a boss. They don't even have my correct address or phone any more and still charging me money. They can see over the months I have never used it.
