Damark DMK Preferred Buyers
Damark, DMK Preferred Buyers CHARGED $149.99 to my MasterCard account & could not locate me in their records

I received my November MasterCard statement with a charge on it from Damark for $149.99, no order number or anything.

I am not a member of Damark. When I called them on the phone, they could not tell me what the charge was for because they could not locate me in their data banks.

It could not have been a telemarketer because I have telemarketers blocked on email.

I asked for someone to speak to — a supervisor Tyra spoke with me but refused to give me a telephone number for consumer affairs. "They only receive requests via fax or US mail."

The fax number and the 800 number are unlisted numbers.

I am now disputing the charge with MasterCard.

This is ridiculous.
