Went to the David (Dave) Burke real estate seminar in 1865 W 121st Bldg C, Westminster, CO.
The event was supposed to be an informative, but it was sales pitch after sales pitch by David Burke and his workers. Their wanting to charge fees to provide reports and introduce you to these great deals.
Nothing was given on how you can do this on your own, it was about 5 hours of buy our products.
Most people got up and left early. David Burke then tried to sell some special software MAP (Mortgage Accelerator Plus). He was wanting $1497 for it. He said when had to buy doing this special promotion and that we could get out money back if we didn't like it. He didn't offer anything in writing to back up the "money back guarantee". I did some further checking and the software is offered everywhere else for $1295. The software has a wholesale cost from the company for $795 to reps.
Some further checking the revealed some state attorney generals are looking into the company the makes MAP (Mortgage Accelerator Plus). Few people tried getting their money back from the people that created it and had to file lawsuits.
The people that make MAP (Mortgage Accelerator Plus) offer a 30 day Money Back Guarantee, only if you don't open it. What kind of scam is that?
