Paid the price advertised now saying I owe more and will not ship. Item was listed as new and now I find out it is refu

I paid this company the price they told me. My checked cleared the bank over a month ago. I called the company and they told me to have the bank fax a statment telling them my check had cleared. Well I did that and my item still has not shipped. Just found out the company wants 80.00 more dollars. The Dell Computer was listed as new now I find out it is a refurb. I have spent way over my budget and my sons b-day is April 7. Looks like he will be very disappointed thanks to this company taking my money and sending me Nothing in return. Now I have to find away to get my money back
