I signed up for a free trial and ended up with outdated and useless information on the 2 days I tried to use it. (consumer report stated it was their top pick!?) I Was unable to reach their 'support' department. Then they charged my credit card $29.00 each month for 3 months! I was able to contact them and of course it was "all my fault" It most certainly was NOT! I kept getting junk e-mail saying 'you havent completed your purchase' and 'how can we help?'. Oh my gosh. They should be ashamed of themselves. My credit card company was kind enough to cut me some slack.
