Ripoff they are charging my check card with magazines that I did not order at least twice a week consumer rip-off fraud

Please help me find out how to stop this Company from fraud! NSS Magazine is charging magazines to me that I know nothing about. Does anyone know of any law that I can contact to prevent this?

I have tried to call this company just to get a recording. I can not find a real person to talk too.
