I ordered a DVD titled Memphis or Die thinking all I had to pay was shipping and handling.in the very small fine print, you agree to a monthly tech support service by ordering the DVD. That was not stated until after I got the DVD. After I was billed for the support, which I never used, I cancelled the service and got a confirmation email saying that my service was indeed cancelled and I would not be charged anymore monthly fees.
Four months later, a charge for two months worth of service appeared on my credit card bill. I had to dispute those and finally got a refund. Now it has been another three months, and I have out of nowhere been charged for another month of service. After several emails and phone calls, I have not received any response to my request for a refund. I am currently disputing these charges through my credit card company.
