I received the tea for weight loss. I did not loose any weight but instead got sick & my blood pressure became dangerously high. I am under doctor's care for high blood pressure & also have a heart condition. I sent an e-mail that I wanted to return the "free" tea. Even they claimed the tea was "free" I paid $7.95, that was $5.00 for the tea itself & $2.95, shipping & handling.
I used the tea briefly, until I became sick, then e-mailed the company to say I was returning the tea for the above reasons. They charged my account $37.00. They claimed once the tea was returned they would credit my account the $37.00, instead, they charged my account an additional $19.95, on 2/4/08. I paid the shipping charges of $7.87. I shipped to WU-YI Source Unit 400 5300 Ontario Mills Pkwy, Ontario, CA 91764 as per their instruction & sent the package on 1/23/08. I was told the package would arrive the following Tuesday.
I am not happy about this entire mess & am willing to go to small claims court to dispute this. Yours very truly
