I made the mistake of ordering a CD for Federal Grants, thinking my daughter would benefit. It was a waste of time and now money. I canceled the account after they charged my account. I did try to contact them by phone but was kept on hold for about 1/2 hour. I e-mailed them and received a return e-mail on November 29 from [email protected] that the account had been canceled.
On December 27 they charged my account $33.87. I again called them and was again kept on hold for quite a long time, I was never able to talk to a "live person". I have e-mailed them again stating that this is a felony since the account was canceled. I am contacting an attorney and the Attorney General's office and whoever else I can find to bring this company down. This is a scam and they need to be stopped.
