Leonard Gabriel Rezendes
A & A Recycling Leonard failed to pay me my employee wages

I worked for A&A Recycling from 10/17 to 11/13. The owner, Mr Leonard Rezendes, payed me a small portion of my wages. I contacted Mr Rezendez many times and asked for my wages. Each time he said I will pay you, when I get the money. Or he would give me small amounts, in cash, no with holdings. I explained to Mr Rezendes, that my next option would be to comlain to DLSE (Department of Labor Standards).

I did go to trial and lost. I am filling an appeal in Supperior Court.
