I made an initial purchase from this company also, in May 07 for $19.99. I got my package as promised. No problems. Then, several months later in October I receive a DVD and T-shirt from them that I did not order or authorize. As I suspected when I checked my account they gigged me for $87.00 without my authorization. When you try to contact them it is impossible. I just received another unsolicited DVD from them in November. I am filing a fraud report with my bank.
The only thing "Top Secret" about this company is how they steal your money and I certainly can't find anything "Noble" about them.
