This company deceives and lies by offering something at the seminar and then not honoring what was said and offered to the attendees. Please do not make any business with them

Basically, the problem with this company is that they deceived my by making false offers at the free seminar held at the Holiday Inn Hotel at Sunrise Blvd in Florida on September 5th and presented by Andy Rosas. Then I sent an email to Mr. Rosas requesting for the cancellation of the program and they never accept my cancellation even though it was made within 3 business day.

I can provide copy of all emails I have exchange with them as a proof I have tried to solve this problem directly with them without any success. I have read many complaints about this company in Planet Realtor website and see they have complaints on the Utha BBB website as well for same issues.

The offer you something at the seminar and then do not honor what they say. These people are scammers and should not be allowed to do business at all.

This is a transcript of one the emails exchange with one of their customer service representative.

I do not include the first email I sent written in spanish to Mr. Rosas, requesting for cancellation which he acknoledged by responding to me the same day.

The only thing I want you to do is do me a favor to cancel the program for me, credit $4995 to the matrix plus account and close it.

I explained everything to Mr. Andy Rosas in Spanish and he said he explained that to Mr. Scott Hanson.
Basically, what happened was that at the seminar we were told we could pay the 4,995 fee when we close our 1st, 2nd or 3rd transaction and that is why I accepted the offer but in reality that is not true, I was charged right up front, in advanced and not like Mr. Rosas said. Like I said I took the offer because I certainly believe that there was no risk whatsoever because I would pay it when I did my first or even third transaction.

At the seminar another thing was told about a complete one year coaching, but the papers I read here say I will have just 30 sessions in total, 12 weeks the coach calls me and 18 weeks I call the coach, what happened with the missing 22 weeks of the year? A year has 52 weeks.
Also it was mentioned we would have a free website, the papers here say we have to pay $229.00 monthly for the website.

I made this cancellation request to Mr. Rojas 3 days after I went to the seminar, exactly when I found out that I was mislead.

This is the best I can do to explain in plain English why I took the final decision to cancel the program before it even started. Please understand my position and do not try to convince me to the contrary, it will not change my mind.

I must add that I did not took the 2 days workshop and did not enrolled in the coaching progra by not sending them the Professional & Business Assessment.

I really need help to solve this issue.

Thanks, God Bless you all.
