I cannot believe AVIVA Insurance could be so blind in awarding a contract extension to Audatex/Solera. Ann Arbor is going to sink them to the bottom of the call queues. Either someone is sleeping with someone or AVIVA must not have any idea of what is really going on behind the scenes! They are being taken for a ride. Good luck to Aviva.

They will quickly find out how Audatex tech support is the most ineffective, irresponsible, mismanaged department that would make any CEO with a brain take a second look and reorganize that garbage of a sweatshop.

Their resources are strapped, without any clear direction on how to tackle the everyday customer call-ins. Tech Support Management's desperation drives them to hire/fire at the same rhythm to mask their own flaws and ineptitude, as well as keep their jobs a little longer. Good luck Aviva. I hope you get your money's worth.

The Solera HQ's in San Diego need to wake up and smell the managerial incompetence in Ann Arbor before it's too late! Techies are being asked to show up to the Ann Arbor office before or after working hours for 4 hour-sessions on various insurance companies workflow process... They are so swamped with calls and have no time to read the avalanche of last-minute trickle-down ad-hoc documentation being fed by management - on a need-to-know basis, by the way.

Management thinks techies have no life whatsoever outside of their cube holes. But hey, who cares about work/life balance, right? Al they care is feeding AllState INsurance, Amercan Family Insurance, State Farm Insurance, Safeway Insurance and the rest of them a bunch of hogwash on how knowledgeable and responsive they are to their clients. Give me a break.

It is all a lie and designed so that those numbers on those statistical calculations and forecasts and their bonuses keep showing up on their paychecks, while setting the bar higher every quarter to keep their jobs and to keep suspicions away from the Ann Arbor office management.

The funniest part of all this is that management thinks the techies are so clueless and such idiots, that they would go as far as hiring a replacement for a techie they want to fire, and they think no one knows about it. What they do not realize is what a bunch of morons management really is. Sooner or later it will be their turn and no crocodile tears will be able to excuse them for their toxicity.

Some managers have ben there way too long and they've lost the ability to think differently. Putting more middle-managers will not spread the incompetence and the people who are really inept. The time will come when SD will have to clean the house and completely overhaul the Ann Arbor office environment. WOW there is so much more to tell... It's just the tip of the iceberg!
